There are some issues with the articles about the Adventure Log, but their creation is complete.  The Shade Ballance is being tampered with, but will be operational again soon.  The article in the Official Documents titled Quests is available now as a guideline for RPCs to follow to hopefully make the quests in the Realm more fun for everyone.
